Please note that this position is with our direct client We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert / BA / PM (Remote during COVID) (LOCAL Candidates highly preferred) (Webcam Interviews) POSITION DESCRIPTION DIRECT CLIENT Position Number of positions: 1 Length: 4-16 months+ Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17101 Immediate interviews Webcam Interviews Senior Business Subject Matter Expert 1 (SME1) - More than 10 years relevant experience The Senior Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) brings proven experience from related businesses or organizations as well as system integration and technology experience. They consult with the client to define needs or problems, conduct research, perform studies and surveys to obtain data, and analyze problems to advise and make recommendations on business and technical solutions based on hands-on experience solving similar business problems. They are able to utilize knowledge of theory, principles, or technology of specific discipline or field of specialization. This position will be working on eliciting and documenting business requirements for the development of a new application. The SME should have the following skills: 1. Extensive experience with eliciting and documenting business requirements, use cases, detailed requirements, and requirements traceability. 2. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 3. Experience working on a large team. 4. Ability to work remotely until the client offices reopen. 5. Experience working on the development of a new application, not just doing change requests for an existing application. Candidates must have ALL the "Required" skills in order to be considered for the position. "Desired" or "Highly Desired" skills are a PLUS but may NOT be required.
