This role will develop and lead strategic enterprise capability discussions and drive these capabilities towards implementation.CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation and Experience

Undergraduate / graduate degree (e.g. Management Information Systems, Computer Sciences)

5+ years in leadership in large-scale IT solutions, engineering, or technical architecture.

5+ years experience in developing and leveraging current and emerging technologies across IT Platforms

Experience working across multiple business disciplines and IT Product

Experience defining and creating business, technology, and platform architectures, standards, and processes.

Proven ability to influence and gain organization adoption of strategies and architectures

Preferred:

Application development experience

Demonstrated success leading medium- to large-scale initiatives/transformations across enterprise

Proven executive experience in IT development across waterfall and agile environments

Experience with and significant knowledge of IT outsourcing activities in a managed services environment

Proven knowledge of all aspects of the IT functional areas

Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem resolution skills

Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Experience in business systems and process planning

Knowledge of business environment, service requirements and culture

Demonstrated ability to assess customer/client needs, creatively approach solutions, decide and influence appropriate courses of action

In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus and restricted stock units/stock grants.
