Responsibilities:This position will report to the IAM Development Lead, Enterprise Identity Management in the Identity & Access Management organization. This role will support out of the box and custom coded application connectors as well as workflows. Further responsibilities include troubleshooting, resolving system issues, and developing approved enhancements to current apps / workflows. This is a hands-on technical position.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage source code and build activities
Install, customize, configure, and support MicroFocus and other identity provisioning and governance tools
Develop custom reports, workflows, and connectors (as needed)
Architect, design, and implement large-scale identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Microfocus IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
Participate / Lead in development, testing and deployment of solutions, Advanced debugging and troubleshooting of issues, including interacting with technology vendors.
Lead requirements gathering, design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite/offshore delivery model for multiple projects.
Customize, configure, and develop IAM solution integrations using requirements and design and independently manage project deliverables to successful completion.
Interact with various client business units to drive adoption and get requirements from application owners and onboard those applications into IAM Solution
Lead process compliance activities by identifying and driving initiatives that are relevant for the project delivery and help factor reusability and related benefits.
Adhere to and implement security best practices across multiple engagements.
Interpretation of technical documentation to drive implementation of new technologies.
Troubleshooting IAM system failures.
Follows cyber security best practices. i.e. least privilege, bastion hosts, personal admin accounts, etc.
Review solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standards
Drive intake and fulfillment of bugs, fixes, and enhancements
Champion problem management best practices, drive and document root cause resolution to reduce future incidents in collaboration with vendors / implementation partners
Participate in production support for any Sev 1 / Sev 2 incidents
Participate in on call rotation

Experience/Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years with IT security with emphasis on hybrid on-premises/cloud technology stacks a plus
Must have 4 years SQL and Development, preferably Java language
Must have 2 years with Microfocus IAM, IIQ Development
2 years’ experience with Microsoft Windows AD, Edirectory and LDAP
Strong working knowledge of scripting in PowerShell, Bash, Python, Java
Experience with engineering a multi-tenant application environment a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills, team player with proven collaboration skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Education:

Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelors Degree +5yrs experience, or an Advanced Degree +3yrs experience.
