JOB DESCRIPTION: Install, configure, and maintain the organization's server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems, internet access, office systems, and applications support). Manage performance and maintains security of LANS.

Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance with regard to the organization’s servers and PCs. Identify problems, troubleshoot, and provide advice to assist users and if necessary, coordinate with other Departments to resolve problems.

Roll out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.

Strong knowledge of Windows DOS/XP/7/8/10

Experience with Windows Server Administration 2003R2/2008R2/2012R2/2016/2019

Experience with Linux Red Hat

Working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and NET Frameworks

Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services

Developing and Maintaining SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts

Able to articulate technical issues and ideas to people at all levels of technical understanding

Professional Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Information Systems discipline or an equivalent contribution of education and experience

Three to five years of customer service or support experience and knowledge of customer-service techniques and procedures

Strong clerical skills and excellent interpersonal skills required

Knowledge of the Windows and Mac operating environment, Office and basic computer-related hardware/software knowledge

Articulate and methodical

Able to understand the business’s objectives

Customer-focused (internal / external), and able to understand and accept that

the customer’s problem affects the business

Physical requirements: This role includes regular walking, bending, and sitting as well the ability to operate a computer and production equipment.

Must be capable of occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 30 pounds.

Must be capable of reading letters, numbers and symbols in fonts even smaller than 8-point.
