National Fuel is currently seeking an exceptional candidate with demonstrated leadership ability to participate in an exciting two-year rotational program through the Company's primary Engineering operations in Buffalo, NY or Erie, PA (accepting applicants from both areas). The Engineering Leadership Development Program receives exclusive executive and human resources mentoring to assist in job related decisions throughout the program and is given input towards each of the four customized rotational assignments. The Engineer will have specific project responsibilities and will also be exposed to the primary functions of other corporate departments. As each rotation is completed, the Engineer will participate in interactive developmental performance evaluations to aid in their growth as a professional.
