Experience in ILE, RPG, CL and DB2400 Technical Skills: Clear understanding of the requirements to give better solution Good analytical skills to do detailed study and provide solution to the requirement Understand the business well to provide efficient and comprehensive solution to the development activities Good at estimating the timeline for the deliverables Good technical knowledge on the techniques we can use effectively for the development activities Strong in both positive and negative case unit testing to ensure the quality of the development activities we do Good in managing the team and engaging the team to improve their business and technical skills Job Qualification: Hands on experience on ILE, RPG, CL and DB2 400 Experience in As400 Configuration tools Experience in project management Experience in process management Agile methodology Process Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Ability to work with others in a team environment Ability to work on aggressive schedules, may require occasional work beyond normal hours (weekends or evenings) Behavioral Skills: Good communication, Leadership.
