CORPORATE RECRUITING SPECIALIST

Reference #: 170N00014The Corporate Recruiting Specialist collaborates with the management team to meet the staffing needs by providing support in various recruitment and selection activities including, but not limited to: creating job advertisements, posting position announcements to various sources, screening applicants, scheduling interviews and coordinating pre-employment assessments. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the Corporate Recruiting Specialist will also work directly with branch staff to assist with on-boarding, employee relations and to help with various recruiting/HR projects as needed.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS.and.nbsp;Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferredand.nbsp;Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume recruiting role. Experience in a manufacturing setting a plusand.nbsp;Ability to assist with employee concerns and address issues in a professional manner.and.nbsp;Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and HRIS/ATS systemsand.nbsp;Excellent interpersonal, verbal and professional written communication skillsand.nbsp;Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking skills to provide structure to a demanding positionand.nbsp;Proven teamwork skills, with also the ability to work independentlyand.nbsp;Ability to travel to various Olympic Steel divisions across the country, 4-6 times annually.EOE/M/F/VETS/DISABILITY
