Reference #: 170N00014The Corporate Recruiting Specialist collaborates with the management team to meet the staffing needs by providing support in various recruitment and selection activities including, but not limited to: creating job advertisements, posting position announcements to various sources, screening applicants, scheduling interviews and coordinating pre-employment assessments. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the Corporate Recruiting Specialist will also work directly with branch staff to assist with on-boarding, employee relations and to help with various recruiting/HR projects as needed.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS.and.nbsp;Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferredand.nbsp;Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume recruiting role.
