Executive Assistant

Description Robert Half is seeking a highly professional Executive Services Resource Associate for a company in Bridgeville, PA. This employee will provide key support to Executive Services' leadership and team members, including:Customer sales & delivery support

Meeting/event coordination

Creation of electronic documents

Managing timesheets

Expenses

Travel arrangements

Material production and assembly

Copying, filing, etc

This individual must be able to communicate in person and through email in a very professional manner. Strong Executive Administration experience is desirable. If interested, please apply!

Prior customer or administrative experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience using web-based applications, e.g. SharePoint, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Excellent interpersonal skills (face to face and phone)

High attention to detail and strong work management skills

Ability to multi-task and adapt to needs in a fast-paced environment

Strong planning and organizational skills

Exhibit high initiative and energy; sense of urgency
