In this File Clerk position, you will be responsible for filing, organizing, and scanning documents into their database. You will also perform some data entry when assigned. Develop an efficient filing system to make updating and retrieving files easier

Collecting documentation from various sources

Scanning files regularly to ensure their correct positions

Destroying outdated files following protocol, or moving these to inactive storage

Requirements

1+ years of File Clerk experience preferred

Deep understanding of data entry

Solid understanding of filing

Familiarity with scanning

Strong communication and social skills
