Production Assembler

Description:Employee will be responsible for the initial lay up process for patient transport and radiotherapy tables.Measuring and cutting composite materials (honey comb, foam core, carbon fiber)

Laying out materials

Utilizing adhesives to construct tables

Utilizing vacuum machinery to seal product

-Remove sharp edges from machined partsSand, de-burr, clean, fill voids, grind, mask, buff and polish parts-Prime, paint and add clearcoat partsEnsure that final size, shape and details of parts are correct and in accordance with standardsMust have 1+ year of:Prior experience in production position

where the person has used basic hand tools and grinders/polishers-Worked in either an automotive type of position where they may have detailed carsAbility to measure and cut according to drawings

Skills:manufacturing, production, composite, layup, fitting, carbon, powder coat, grinding, sanding, automotive bodyAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Preferably candidates will have prior experience with composite lay up.Must have 1+ year of:Prior experience in production position
