The Springs at Mill Creek, a premier senior housing community in The Dalles, is seeking customer service minded individuals to join our team of Dining Room staff. We offer Restaurant-style dining with award-winning cuisine.

The Dining Room Supervisor position is salaried and requires scheduling/staff management. Prior experience is preferred but we are willingto train the right candidate. Must be available and willingtocover shifts when needed. The average schedule will be 40 hrs a week but may vary. Our Dining Room is open from 7am-7pm with shifts running from 6am-8pm.

No late nights (8:00 pm latest)

Qualifications

• 21 years of age
• Love for seniors and willingness to learn
• A pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check are required at time of job offer
