Scope can include the following: technical support for client projects, design review services, EPC contractor oversight, feasibility studies, development engineering support, design engineering services, energy production estimates, testing and commissioning support, cost estimates, technical specification preparation, RFP support, and bid evaluation support.Anchored by core values like collaboration and integrity, Black & Veatch is one of its kind in the world of engineering. Actively promotes the safety culture.

Responds to RFPs and prepares proposals for services work.

Leads project team in conceptual design and procurement phases of combined cycle, simple cycle, and plant expansion projects.

Interfaces between the client, external stakeholders, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.

Ability to work in both a corporate and field environment.

Management ResponsibilitiesActs as a project manager. Among responsibilities is management of a project team. The individual comprising this team may vary by project.Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of relevant industry experience including simple cycle, combined cycle, and plant expansion.

Experience in multiple phases of project execution.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant degree.

PE, P.Eng or equivalent professional license.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
