RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is working with an IT Manufacturing client in Tualatin, Oregon that is looking for an experienced Program Manager to help lead a portfolio of projects centered around organizational change. Specifically, the company is building internal applications for their supply chain to help lower costs within their supply chain process while using Industry 4.0 principles.
Job Duties Include: Program Manager will be leading a web-application development team Establish requirements, costs, and schedule targets Plan project activities, assemble a cross-functional teams and other critical resources; and manage the project from start through implementation and close out; Take appropriate actions to measure progress and meet the schedule Manage and drive project team to achieve objectives Will collect data and derive success formulas and use these insights to establish an efficient supply chain process Manage Organizational change: Stakeholder analysis, communications, and planning training Prepare and present project updates at executive reviews and escalate issues threatening the success of the project Analyze performance data Summarize final results vs. objectives and take actions to close gaps Recommend corrective actions Summarize the project results and identify lessons learned to ensure effectiveness and efficiency gains are realized for future projectsREQUIREMENTS: BS or BA in Technical or Business field of study or equivalent experience PMP or Scrum Master Certification preferred Project Manager: 3-5 years of experience running waterfall or scrum projects Experienced with Supply Chain management, Strategic Procurement, and success metrics Must be able to communicate, both verbally and in written form, well to all levels of the organization Excellent problem solving and analytical skills supporting the ability to solve complex cross-functional issues with multi-dimensional, conflicting needs High-level of proficiency in Excel, Power Point & Visio Self-directed and structured workstyle Pro-active communication Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
