Shop & Field Mechanic (Silverton)

Join our team! We are a Silverton farm seeking a full-time mechanic to help service our fleet of vehicles, tractors, implements and farm systems. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working in both the shop and in the field. As a member of our team, you’ll have a direct hand in producing world-class quality crops for customers across the country.

What we’re looking for:

5+ years experience as a mechanic

2+ years experience working in agriculture and operating farm equipment—highly preferred.

Strong attention to detail

Motivation to problem-solve, prioritize, and work independently

Ability to work longer hours involved in farming during harvest season.

Valid driver’s license.

Welding & fabricating experience desirable

Able to work effectively with other Spanish-speaking employees is required. Moderate Spanish fluency is desirable, but not required.
