Landscape Maintenance Lead and Team member

We currently have openings for maintenance crew lead and crew team members. Duties include mowing, edging, weeding, trimming and raking. This is a fast-paced environment. We work in Salem and surrounding areas Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. We provide full-service maintenance for residential and commercial clients. Our office is located in Salem, OR.

Qualifications:

Good work ethic, punctual and a team player

Valid drivers license

Detail-oriented

Landscaping experience or a willingness to learn

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Willing to work in all kinds of weather

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to communicate clearly in English

Willing to have a background check

Compensation:

Crew Leads: $13.00-15.00/hour plus bonuses

Crew Members: $11.00-$12.00/hour plus bonuses
