Paralegal

Description Robert Half is partnering with a general practice law firm specializing in litigation, real estate, and more for a litigation paralegal to join their team! This role is a longterm contract-to-hire, 40 hours a week, and offers flexible remote work-from-home opportunity!Duties of this position include:Drafting legal documents such as pleadings and motions

Client correspondence and trial preparation

Assisting attorneys in case management and full litigation processes

Billing of hours
