We anticipate the majority of the work to be performed remote, however, we expect a limited on-site engagement for the analyst while conducting brainstorming sessions, workshops, and interviewing customers. A quality customer engagement, including making customers feel comfortable, is best done on-site. GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES Acts as a liaison and escalation point for departments for all technical service requests, enhancements, changes, technical inquiries, projects, initiatives, and escalations. Coordinates service requests with appropriate IT units and management; and when appropriate, conducts a follow-up with the customer to ensure work was completed to the customer's satisfaction. Recommends, develops, and supports technology solutions for use by the IT Department. Provides basic technical research on products or services. Prepares formal written reports and analysis. Develops and tracks implementation plans and schedules. Determines testing methodologies and develops testing plans.
