Senior Business Analyst Only Full-time role Location: Raleigh, NC (Mandatory Onsite from day 1) Job Description: 12 to 15 + years of experience in IT business analysis. At least 5+ years of experience in a role of Senior Business Analyst in mortgage/mortgage insurance industry preferably in servicing side. At least 5+ years of experience in independently leading business analysis efforts for medium to large scale projects. Well experienced in partnering with the project sponsor/business to document project objectives. Experienced in partnering with IT and Business stakeholders to evaluate complex requirements. Experience in Agile processes and SDLC. Well experienced in following Business Analyst Focused Responsibilities: Write project requirements specifications and business rules according to standard templates; use natural language to convey specifications simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely. Document system changes in short narrative or diagram overviews including all business rules, use cases, and test scripts. Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and quality, specified in an appropriate level of detail. Represent requirements using alternative views via flowcharts, diagrams, or scenarios where appropriate; participate in business justification and the prioritization of proposed requirements. Ability to think see big picture in a complex architecture setup test
