Community Inclusion Specialist (Portland)

General Position Summary:

Interested in a rewarding position that directly contributes to the community? We are recruiting for Inclusion Specialists for our Community Inclusion Program who will work within Multnomah, Washington or Clackamas County.

Apply with The Arc of Multnomah-Clackamas ("The Arc")! The Community Inclusion provides 1:1 community inclusion supports following a customer’s Individualized Support Plan as well as facilitating group health and wellness program instruction through structured group programs offered by The Arc. This position uses a person-centered and approach when working with individuals in community to support the needs and goals of customers.

Experience working with people with disabilities preferred. Training provided.
