PT Bi-Lingual Dental Receptionist/Assistant (Milwaulkie)

We are a small general family dental practice looking for a bi-lingual person who possesses exceptional customer service skills, has a great positive attitude, is friendly with a professional demeanor, and has a passion to serve our patients.

No experience needed, we'll train for the right candidate. Besides answering phones, verifying patient's insurance, and following up insurance claims; the ideal candidate sometimes may need to do minor dental assisting like holding the Dental Curing light, holding the small saliva ejector, and holding a dental crown in place as the dentist checks placement. Occasional minor janitorial work such as sweeping or mopping may be asked.

We need someone on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for at least 5 to 6 hours, but flexible start time and end time. Salary based on experience.

Our ideal candidate will have:

a high school diploma or GED

Must have proof of immunizations and vaccines

Knowledge of basic medical terminology a plus

Experience as administrative office support a plus

Proficiency in computer skills, office equipment, and Microsoft Office.

Bi-Lingual Spanish / English a plus

Must be flexible as hours might fluctuate
