Job Overview:This is a full-time, mid-level position with responsibility to oversee all aspects of delivering custom software systems. In this customer-facing role, you will be charged with actively managing client relationships and strategically guiding the development process. Core competencies will focus on clearly analyzing and defining objectives, managing technical and budget risk, communicating progress, and creatively solving issues. Working side-by-side with the development team, you will be integral in developing and enhancing Company products and services

Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and development team on vision, strategy, and roadmap
Facilitate design sessions to design, analyze, and improve existing and new business processes
Guide technical decision-making with the development team and identify pathways to integrate technical and business requirements
Embrace technical writing, authoring clear, concise, and engaging content such as emails, reports, marketing material, and release notes

Core Requirements:

3-7 years of relevant job experience in a BSA and/or Product Owner capacity
Be passionate about understanding and improving processes by designing and building great software solutions to address client needs and expectations
Focus on software quality and managing deliverable scope, timing, and performance expectations
Continuously strive for improved customer satisfaction and stronger client relationships
Data analysis, manipulation, and visualization experience

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in professional services consulting environment
Direct experience in the environmental services / natural resource management field
Experience working with federal, state, or local government organizations
Understanding of spatial data, including mapping, GIS, spatial analysis
