  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or equivalent experience is required
  • A minimum of eight years project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with cross-functional teams and organize multiple initiatives
  • Solid technical background with understanding or experience in InfoSec, Compliance, CorpIT, and Infrastructure/Datacenters (includes networking and systems management)
  • An understanding of compliance to assist with annual compliance audits
  • Ability to drive projects to completion; including projects with inflexible dates
  • Broad range of experience, working with individual teams from diverse professional backgrounds, from start-up culture through to mutli-national corporations, understanding and adapting to cultural differences in every environment.
  • Designing or leading organizational change management around new goals, priorities, team changes or projects
  • Facilitation skills; you design thoughtful meeting processes/agendas and are skilled at chairing or facilitating meetings or sessions that make progress on high stakes discussions with senior stakeholders.
We'd love to see:
  • Training in Agile methodologies (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, SA, SASM or equivalent) and PMP preferred
  • Proven track record of using Agile and Waterfall methodologies and Agile at Enterprise Scale
  • Independently lead multiple teams of Agile teams using understanding of Agile as outlined in the scaled Agile framework (SAFE).
  • Experience using Atlassian tools
Impact You'll Make:
  • Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Technical Leads to identify known/anticipated features, priorities, work, and delivery estimates
  • Identify and manage dependencies across technology ecosystem (spanning Agile Release Trains, Program Increments, and multiple organizational verticals) to ensure delivery alignment by ensuring buy-in from all stakeholders
  • Drive collaboration across international teams and departments. Address issues upfront, define alternative solutions, resolve conflict and create lasting, productive partnerships
  • Participate in long term roadmap planning
  • Track the status and progress of assigned projects to ensure they are being completed within the defined timeline and budget
  • Facilitate debrief meetings at the conclusion of each project to assess any enhancements that can be applied to future projects
  • Monitor and track PI milestones and facilitate mitigation of issues and risks
  • Aggregate Team PI objectives into program PI objectives and publish for visibility and transparency; work with the teams to track progress and mitigate risk.
  • Initiate and participate in cross organization dependencies for/from other scrum teams
  • Analyze and report on team's quarterly work, including work streams, completion rates, project work and unexpected distractions.
