Qualifications:

Healthy males

Age 18 to 45

Body weight 110 lbs – 220 lbs (50 kg – 100 kg)

BMI between 18-28 kg/m

Non-smokers for the last 3 months

Non-marijuana users

Available for 1 screening visit, two 6-night stays and 18 follow-up visits

Optional schedule: two 12-night stays and 6 follow-up visits
