Direct Support Professionals (DSP) / Caregiver

Job Description

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide support services and assistance to individuals in their homes and in the community. Candidates will have a desire to create lasting positive impacts on people's lives and enjoy coaching, mentoring, and encouraging others to reach their goals. Our individualscan be supported in different settings such as Behavioral, Medical, Behavioral and Medical, PICA home and Supported Living.

You will be providing support with daily activities such as:

 Community activities and outings Implementing positive behavior supports Basic life skills coaching Medication administration Performing household duties Shopping Cooking Personal Hygiene Personal Care Bathing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must possess High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Current auto liability insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Acceptable criminal record

Additional Information

We primarily support individuals locatedin NE and SE Portland.

• Pay
  • High service programs and float positions $16.00- $17.00/ hour depending on experience
  • All other programs starting at $14.78
