Receptionist /Customer Service Representative

Currently we are looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience and understanding of customer service, business development and general office requirements of a mechanical company to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Answering phones

Communication with existing customers

Follow up on completed projects and / or service with customers

Coordinate daily scheduling and communicate

Communicate with potential new customers

Assisting with marketing

Assisting with recruiting
