Property management company seeking part-time skilled laborer to maintain buildings and properties.

3 distinct locations within a 1-mile radius,

Rental size of units range from 50sf to 8,000sf

All properties are mixed use and offer 24-7 accessibility

About Position

Priorities change daily

Work with a remarkably diverse group of people

May include cleaning out and readying units for tenancy which may include changing locksets, frame repair, drywall repair, painting, replacing light fixtures or electrical outlet covers

May include cutting through concrete to fix a water leak

May include listening to tenants complain

May include just about anything else

About You

Provide undeniable fantastic customer service for tenants located in our parks

Are not afraid of hard work, are a self-starter and to do fantastic work without having to be watched or babysat

Work just as fantastic with a group as you do alone (are a team player)

Able to keep a positive attitude even when dealing with those who may have a less-than positive attitude

Have great problem solving and active listening skills

Able to lift 75 lbs, carry 75 lbs and push 75 lbs

Have a valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance

Not afraid to clean the occasional plugged toilet

Know how to operate a forklift
