Bilingual Onsite Coordinator - Customer Service Professional Needed!

NW Staffing Resources is hiring for a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator to work on location with one of our largest clients in Newport, OR. The Bilingual Onsite Coordinator must have strong customer service skills to work with the public and meet customer requests. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating employees for a large seafood processing company. This includes recruiting in the local community by promoting job openings, administering applications and orientations, organizing the workforce, maintaining personnel files, being a part of the safety committee, and a variety of other tasks. No previous recruiting experience required, as company is willing to train the necessary skills to someone that can adapt their strong customer service experience.

LANGUAGE SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

The Bilingual Onsite Coordinator will be working with a community with both English and Spanish speaking candidates, so must be able to successfully communicate and translate, both verbally and in writing, policies and trainings in both languages.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong customer service experience is required.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and accurate typing for data entry needs.

- Have strong attention to detail, good communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

- Capable of working in a fast-pace environment requiring ability to meet tight deadlines.

- Available to assist on call, depending on customer needs.

- High School diploma or equivalent.

- References will be required.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check upon job offer.

SCHEDULE: This is a full time, day shift position. Overtime may be required during the summer busy season. Hours may decrease in the winter months, but this is a year-round position.

WAGE: $17.25 to $20.00/hour DOE.
