Daily Workflow:

» Provide fast and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers

» Communicate with technicians and other departments via email, text message and phone

» Process new installation requests, set up job folders

» Obtain necessary paperwork and communicate with customers

» Update and maintain schedule board with all sold jobs and enter into log

» Process warranty returns and facilitate return of warranty parts

» Perform other duties as assigned

We’re Seeking:

» Excellent customer service and communication skills

» Organized/Detail oriented

» Someone with a positive and upbeat attitude

» Able to handle a high demand/call volume

» Must pass drug test

Schedule:

» Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
