That's precisely what some of our employees and prospective employees think when they came across CodeForce 360. Position Overview SAP ABAP HR Payroll Consultant Requirements:

  • Should have a minimum of 10+ years of ABAP HR experience and 4-5 years in the ABAP HR payroll domain.
  • Excellent Knowledge of US SAP Payroll Schemas, Payroll Operations and Personnel calculation Rules.
  • Should have understanding of US HR Payroll Execution Process, Time Infotypes, Benefits Infotypes and Finance tables as they integrate with SAP Payroll.
  • Perform SAP Payroll Development activities in support of the business request to improve or add functionality to the existing SAP HCM landscape specifically ABAP with an emphasis on the Payroll module.
  • Should have knowledge about US Payroll Schemas and how custom payroll functions are embedded into it.
  • Must have experience in or US taxes Federal, State province etc. generation of W2- Configuration of PY-FI integration to third party system.
  • Good Exposure in Tax engine and tax circles- Configuration of Off cycle payroll and change in supplementary tax calculations.
  • Should have good knowledge on Garnishments and Year end processing.
  • Execute enhancements/developments for large or small projects based on business.
  • Perform and develop SAP HCM RICEF objects.
  • Experienced in testing, quality analysis and through knowledge of integration testing.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to handle and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good Understanding of both business processes and technical specification
Must Have Skills

  • Working knowledge in Agile (SAFe) is desirable
  • Working knowledge in Retail or Apparel & Footwear Industry is preferred
