Recruiter

Eugene based company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our high energy recruiting team.

This is a fast-paced transportation position offering great potential for a committed individual with a competitive drive and passion to succeed. This position recruits, interviews, checks references/driving history and makes orientation invitations to flatbed truck drivers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years equivalent work experience in recruiting

- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

- Recruiting experience and a proven portfolio of success in hiring an average of 5+ drivers a week

- High organizational skills and strong attention to detail

- Ability to multi task and handle changing tasks throughout the day

- Microsoft Office proficiency

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

- Exceptional problem solving skills

- Experience in marketing, advertising, internet media

- Must live and work out of Eugene

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

- Familiar with TenStreet (recruiting software)

- Need an “out of the box” problem solver.

HOURS and PAY:

- 40 hours per week

- After 60 days - 100% paid employee medical, dental, vision and short-term disability
