As the Dental Front Desk team member, you will be responsible for the front office in all areas. To excel in this role, you should have a dynamic, out-going personality with a desire to make a difference for the practice and patients. A minimum of two years' experience in a Front Office role in a dental practice is required.Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day of the front achieving daily, weekly and monthly expectations. Maintain a smooth and efficient flow of patients while delivering on exceptional service and working with the clinical team to achieve same-day dentistry.Front office duties would include:

· Open office and be ready for the day

· Attend and participate in the morning huddle

· Warmly greet and check patients in and out

· Answer phones and efficiently manage messages

· Schedule patient appointments maximizing provider’s schedule

· Insurance eligibility verification / request pre-authorizations

· Treatment planning and presentation

· Collect and record payments from patients

· Support accounting and insurance submission team members as needed

· Follow-up calls for recall, reactivation, outstanding treatment, etc.

· Responsible for the proper entry of information in Eaglesoft

· Keeping the office clean and supplies stocked

· Lab orders, deliveries and check-in cases

· Supporting the dentist and other team members as neededExperience:

2+ year Dental Front Office Experience (Required)

Working knowledge of Eaglesoft (Required)Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

4-year college degree (Preferred)

Completion of accredited course in dental assisting (Preferred)Job Type: Part-time.
