Job Description

The Bier Stein is looking for a line cook with 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Line cooks are expected to work efficiently, be timely, and work well on a team.

Must Have Night Availability (starting at 3p).

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-In charge of preparation and execution of all menu items in a tidy and timely manner.

-Handling prep lists, stocking and cleaning.

-Responsible for cutting and portioning food prep.

-Running the flat-top grill, Hobart, panini grill, slicer, broiler and fryer.

-Assisting the manager open and close the kitchen.

-Job duties may be added or changed at any time.

Job Types: 16.20/HR + TIPS
