Development and support of instrument control software and firmware. Interact with biologists to translate scientific research needs into instrument user stories and requirements. Education• BS/BA Degree, Engineering or Technical Field preferred Experience:• 5+ years with C/C• Solid understanding of computer architecture and low-level design• Experienced with State Machines• Comfortable with Product Development Life Cycle and agile/SCRUM• Proficient with Git• Familiarity with using an Oscilloscope• Experience with Firmware Debugging using JTAG Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:• Ability to engage in clear written and verbal communication• Comfortable with giving and receiving mentorship• Exceptionally detail oriented RegardsBhaskar Dasegowda
