Office Manager wanted

Office Manager wanted by well established construction related Electrical Installation and Service company. Duties will include Scheduling Installation and Service Calls, Invoicing using Quickbooks, Collections, Examining invoices from suppliers, Payroll for a very small number of employees and Reconciling Quickbooks and company bank account. Must be able to operate independently without intense supervision. Degree preferred, some College level Accounting classes required.
