SPAETH LUMBER CORVALLIS YARD/FORKLIFT POSITION

If you have a positive, outgoing attitude, enjoy the building materials industry, likes working with customers in a fast-paced retail setting, we would like to hear from you.

Job Duties include:

-Provide excellent service to customers in the yard.

-Assist customers with loading and unloading their vehicles in the yard.

-Maintain a clean, organized and stocked yard. (including emptying trash, sweeping the yard and cleaning equipment)

-Assisting the yard team with preparing & building loads for delivery to customers.

-Operating a forklift for various duties, including all above above.

-Occasionally operating company vehicles to make deliveries to customers homes and job sites.

Qualifications:

-Applicant must be over 18

-Excellent customer service skills

-Ability to work in a team and independently

-Ability to regularly lift/push/pull/carry 55 lbs

-Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods

-Valid ODL with clean record required

-Forklift certification is as plus

Schedule:

-Part time or Full time.

-Schedule will vary depending on staffing requirements as well as applicant’s availability.

Our operating hours are Mon-Fri 7-5:30, Saturday 9-5.
