Lovelace Properties, LLC is looking for a Management/Maintenance TEAM to live on-site at Stillwater Apartments in Lebanon, Oregon. Stillwater Apartments is for those 55+ and is a NON-SMOKING Apartment Complex.

Seeking Experienced Mgmt Team with general knowledge of Affordable Housing Management operations and duties.

Maintenance Manager will be responsible for general maintenance, unit turns, painting, janitorial, and light landscaping.

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath apartment provided for Management Team

Each position is 20 hours per week,
