APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Corvallis)

Looking to get your foot in the door with a great company? We are looking to bring to our respected team, an experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Technician for a lovely 160-unit conventional property located in the college town of Corvallis, Oregon.

We are looking for that special someone who is a team-player, professional, courteous, has a “can-do” attitude and will have plumbing, electrical, painting and apartment turnover experience. This position will assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of the property.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Tuesdays-Saturdays, and will report to the Property Manager.

Must have the knowledge, experience and ability to perform the following duties:

Plumbing repairs

Apartment turnovers

Appliance repairs

Drywall repairs/painting

Replacing locks, smoke detectors

HVAC repairs a plus – if working with refrigerant, we require that you have HVAC license

All other maintenance tasks associated with the daily upkeep of apartment community

You must have your own tools and have verifiable references.
