C&R Real Estate Services Co. is seeking a Storage Facility Property Manager for two adjacent self-storage facilities in Lebanon, OR with 550 units – www.lebanonoregonstorage.com. The Storage Facility Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Raceway Storage and Raceway Meadows including marketing, maintaining property integrity, meeting prospective renters, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports and preparing contracts. Maintaining courteous relations with clients is essential to this position. The Storage Facility Property Manager will work out of Raceway Meadows.

Responsibilities:

Handle all details of move-ins and move-outs

Record traffic and conduct follow-up calls

Prepare monthly market surveys and report to Portfolio Manager

Prepare weekly occupancy and tragic log reports

Assist with development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies

Rent out and return U-Haul trucks

Collect rent and deliver/deposit to the bank every three days

Conduct monthly on-line auctions for units that are delinquent beyond 80 days

Train and be responsible for the supervision of two employees at the storage facilities

Additional duties will be provided to meet the needs of the storage facility

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Previous Storage Facility Management, and knowledge of the lien and auction process is required.

Previous U-Haul experience is preferred.

Experience being motivated and self-starter

Strong supervisory and organization skills with the ability to lead and direct others.

Computer proficient and able to learn new company software.

Outstanding and demonstrated customer service skills.

Able to multi-task but stay very detailed oriented.

Able to perform minor maintenance service for units.

Able to perform janitorial duties to maintain the cleanliness of the facility in all types of weather.

Possess current and valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and clean driving record.

Your workdays will be Monday through Friday with office hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (40 hours a week). As a full-time employee at C&R, you will be eligible for medical benefits first day of the month following 60 days of continuous employment, PTO, paid holidays and more!
