Groundskeeper and Maintenance Tech Needed ASAP (Bend, Oregon)

Immediately seeking a part time Groundskeeper and a full time, skilled Maintenance Technician for beautiful apartment community.

Groundskeeper/Porter will be expected to provide excellent attention to detail in ensuring that the property is well kept to company standards. May be required to use blowers, rakes, shovels, and other groundskeeping/landscaping equipment. Having a very basic understanding of light maintenance is a plus. Hours would be 20 a week for the time being.

Pay will be 15/hour

Skilled Maintenance Technician will be responsible for :

- Make readies

- Work orders relating to basic apartment maintenance- drywall repair, lighting/ceiling fan replacement and installation, basic plumbing, painting, appliance installation and other tasks related to general maintenance.

Pay will be 17/hour

Must have basic hand tools for Maintenance

Valid driver's license required for consideration

Must be able to pass a background check.
