Sisters Bakery is Hiring a Baker - Cakes, Pastries, etc.

Sisters Bakery is hiring for our Assistant Baker position. This position will be gearing up towards 5 days a week, FT, morning shifts, with two consecutive days off a week. Part time is a potential, with the right candidate. During training, shifts will vary.

Responsibilities will include:

Helping bake cupcakes, make frostings, fillings, cookies, scones, muffins, coffeecakes, brownies, assorted bars, etc.

Kitchen experience required. We are looking for someone with a strong artistic ability and a passion for making these items beautiful.

Innovation and creativity are a must. Consistency in work ethic and production is key in this role. This is a role with potential for growth in our bakery. You will be responsible for production numbers alongside our other bakers the pastry shop. Solid communication skills needed. You must also be accountable for your actions.

You will be working along side our head baker, learning skills and attributes to further your career in our bakery.
