Configuration TechnicianGDH Consulting is looking for configuration techs interested in joining a team for a project with a global client. This is a 6 week contract, M- F 8-5pm. Candidates need to be able to start June 1.Duties and Responsibilities Installing and configuring various network equipment across a wide range of hardware Troubleshooting network hardware issues Communicating production problems with Engineering and Sales departments Assembling network hardware from build documentation Identifying and quarantining defective hardware Performing visual inspection on systems and accessory boxes Perform software upgrades and configuration of all customer network equipment to their required specifications Test network equipment to ensure 100% quality Maintain minimum monthly productivity goals Troubleshoot problems with network system configurations, including hardware and software Ensure that customers receive the highest level of customer service Work with Engineering department to develop and test new configuration templates Work with Logistics and Client Implementation Managers to ensure scheduling and productivity goals are met Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all timesInterested candidates please send resume in Word format to erichards@gdhinc.com Please reference job code 75705 when responding to this ad.
