Archon Resources has partnered with a company that is searching for a subject matter expert of data integrations and architecture.Essential Functions (Key Responsibilities):1. Contribute to the plan and deliver continuous improvement todata integration solutions, through the application of data management best practices in combination with data technology.2. Support the Information Systems Manager in scoping out and recommending technologies to enhance data.3. Extract, transform and integrate large and small datasets.4. Work alongside Information Systems Manager to develop data integration solutions utilizing APIs and other data connection sources.5. Contribute to the Data Quality Improvement Program, also through designing data solutions and implementing future proof fixes. Explore and identify opportunities for driving data process efficiency and data quality.6. Systematically develop documentation for each data solution and make sure it is up to date and reflects current business rules and definitions.7. Maintain and improve the performance of existing software by ensuring availability, functionality, and optimization.8. Design and update software databases to meet the growing needs of our organization.9. Create and maintain reports for use by the business units.10. Apply data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations.11. Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.12. Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes.Requirements

  • Knowledge/Skill/Ability
  • Technical Skills – Extensive knowledge of SQL and Database architecture; knowledge of business processes; Functional knowledge of implementing Restful APIs and how to interface with them.
  • Analytical Skills - Solid track record developing data integration solutions.
  • Diagnostic Ability – Ability to investigate technical, and process related issues, research solutions and implement best practice resolutions; ability to identify requirements, produce custom or modified software solutions for the business unit and or enterprise-level deployments.
  • Communication Skills – Proven written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively document applications and solutions for use by employees, managers, and senior staff.
  • Customer Service – Highly customer service focused when applying technical solutions; able to manage stressful conditions and conflicting deadlines with a calm, professional manner.
  • Cloud Technology – Some experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure).
Teamwork – Must be able to work with and support all other IT Services team members as well as be able to work with the business unit or senior managers in developing solutionsEquivalent Education/Experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years MS SQL Server experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in IS, CS, Business or relevant industry certifications and 2+ years of business management application support experience
  • Experience in maintaining and developing business solutions using SQL, RDL, and REST APIs
  • Hard skills include strong knowledge and experience with:
  • CRM technologies (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
  • Microsoft SQL: Data manipulation, data integration design and development including T-SQL, SSIS and APIs
  • Business Intelligence technology (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Microsoft Power Apps, MS Power Automate.
  • Some experience utilizing and maintaining cloud solutions AWS or Azure.
  • The following items are a plus: Deltek Vision, Sitetracker
