Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors both in person and over the phone.

Correspondence Management: Handle emails and phone calls, ensuring efficient communication.

Schedule Coordination: Arrange and coordinate appointments and meetings for office staff.

Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks such as filing, document scanning, and report preparation.

Communication Facilitation: Assist with communication between clients and staff, including translation if necessary.

Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role.
