Shop Hand-Steel

Shop Hand needed for local Steel recycling facility. $16/hr. WEEKLY PAY!

What You'll Do

Assist in performing inventory on material (quarterly)

Assist in unloading and loading steel

Assist in cutting/bending rebar according to customer order

Assist in filling work/shipping orders

Perform a wide range of physical activities which include pulling, pushing, reaching, bending over, climbing, and kneeling

Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders in appropriate shipping/holding area

Maintain work area and location organized and clean for orderliness at all times

Other duties as assigned in general support of the organization

What You'll Need

Minimum 1 year experience in construction and or manufacturing environment

Ability to work in uncontrolled climate environment and in the elements

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds

Must be able to stand for long periods of time
