Carpenter Foreman

Looking for an experienced foreman with residential building and renovation experience! Great pay and benefits, let's chat if you're interested! Looking for someone with mainly high finish/luxury residential remodel experience.Pay: $25-33 an hour depending on experience.Shift: Standard works hours are 7am - 3:30pm. Can vary with different job sites.Basic job overview: Candidate will be responsible for scheduling, maintaining safety on-site, and coordinating with vendors and other field personnel.Responsibilities:

Ensure quality standards are met

Coordinate and schedule materials, subcontractors, and equipment

Oversee subcontractors and vendors

Follow job schedule and ensure a clean and safe work site

Punch list tasks to satisfaction

Communicate progress, potential changes, and problems effectively

Additional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVES:

4+ years of carpentry experience

2+ years of foreman/leadership experience
