Looking for Company Drivers, Owner Operators, & Lease Purchase Drivers KSM Carrier Group has competitive pay rates, benefits, and consistent miles. Qualified drivers meet conditions for weekly minimum pay. Referral bonuses and quarterly safety bonuses are available. Earn up to $1,000 over a six-month period when you refer a friend.

When you join the team at KSM Carrier Group, you'll get accommodations and travel covered for orientation, which pays $50 per day. Drivers at KSM work directly Fleet Managers.
