Inceed is partnered with an established, growing organization in the Oklahoma City area, looking for an Information Technology Manager to join their team full time. This person will manage the Enterprise Services group, which consists of several teams across the technical infrastructure.In addition to managerial responsibilities, the Information Technology Manager should have recent, hands-on technical experience with ERP or CRM systems and have a proven track record of success in a highly technical role.The Information Technology Manager should be comfortable providing technology solutions to employees and working closely with third-party software companies to adopt new technologies and efficiently use existing ones. This candidate should have prior experience working with SQL and Oracle Databases and understand the latest technology trends to assess current systems and implement a 'Tech-Forward' environment.Our client is actively reviewing candidates for this opportunity and will begin scheduling interviews soon. As the Information Technology Manager of Enterprise Services, you will:
  • Manage technologies and provide administrative assistance for various systems
  • Handle

    various IT troubleshooting and provide technical support
  • Oversee System upgrades and implementations
  • Manage a team of direct reports, overseeing daily operations, strategizing career development opportunities, and tracking performance metrics
  • Create and maintain Oracle and SQL databases for testing and production usage
  • Serve as an escalation point for advanced technical troubleshooting and resolution
  • Negotiate and communicate with vendors/third-party software providers
  • Make recommendations to improve existing processes and develop new processes when necessary

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in related field
  • Recent, hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems
  • Prior experience with Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and overall System and Application Support
  • Current or recent experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry or related industry experience
  • Professional exposure to Ellucian Banner ERP and Ellucian Recruit CRM
