In Home Sales Representative

Position Summary

Our In-Home Sales Representatives are the face of our organization that helps homeowners with their home exterior update needs. You will be conducting pre-set in-home consultations with homeowners finding what their goals are to update the exterior of their home. After goals and budgeting assessed, you will then demonstrate the products that fits their needs and draft a proposal to win the job. Our sales team has all the tools needed to win jobs and company support staff to coach on different sales project circumstances.

In-Home sales experience is preferred but not required. Paid training is provided for each candidate. Usually training is conducted at a max of six weeks. After the training program completion, you will be a home exterior professional, ready to make some serious commission checks and help homeowners with their needs!

Requirements

Valid Active Driver's License

Personal Liability Insurance coverage

Run day and night sales lead appointments

Occasional Saturday appointments or home shows

Desire to make a six figure plus income

Coach-able

In-Home Sales preferred but not required

General Sales skills

Support

2-3 Appointments are set daily

Appointments are no farther than 100 miles

Access to company CRM for customer management

Paid WEEKLY

Great Staff to assist in sales methods, paperwork, and closing deals

Employment Types

Salaried Employee: Base salary with great commission schedule. Paid weekly. Benefits include; paid vacation, health insurance, matching 401-k contributions, and dental. Usually make no less than 55,000 per year.

Independent Contractor: Strong commission schedule, ability to deduct expenses on own. Set your own schedule. Average Independent Contractor makes 90,000 per year.
