Responsibilities:

Attentively and sincerely greet customers

Interact with customers to find out their furniture goals in a retail environment

Discuss products and available services to customers

Willing to learn and obtain product knowledge for successful sales

Confidence to up sell and/or suggest additional complementary furniture pieces

Negotiation skills to assist customers with finance terms and profitability

Ability to use various effective closing techniques

Responsible for entering accurate sales orders, receives payments, and/or credit authorizations

Support co-workers in a team-oriented environment

Help maintain a clean, orderly working environment and showroom

Ability to assist with merchandise set up

Attend Sales meetings and work towards individual sales growth

Attends mandatory product training

Monitor inventory to ensure the product is in stock

Adhere to company policy and procedures

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to overcome customer objections (sell value over price)

Ability to close the sale

Compensation is $15 per hour during training, straight commission after training.
