Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist (Mid-Level) to join our Quality, Regulatory & Oversight Process Compliance team.

This position will provide BGS level system support for the Enterprise Process Evaluation System (EPES) and Integrated Metrics, Analysis and Reporting System (IMARS). This requisition is for one position that can be located at any of the sites identified in the Location section of the posting. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization.

This is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities
  • Provide support in maintaining a compliant Quality Management System across the BGS organization with a focus on process compliance initiatives.
  • Enterprise Process Evaluation System (EPES)/Integrated Metrics, Analysis and Reporting System (IMARS) BGS Administrator
  • Develop and maintain BGS level surveillance metrics for the Executive levels
  • Support process documentation for related Business Process Instructions (BPI's)
  • Conduct process compliance audits
  • Validate corrective action effectiveness
  • Ensure internal audit and regulatory compliance
  • Lead and facilitate Boeing Problem Solving Model, Value Stream Mapping and other proven root cause corrective action techniques.
  • Develop and maintain common preventive and corrective actions processes, checklists, and metrics for BGS
  • Provide guidance to BGS Safety & Quality leadership to ensure compliance to QMS and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and facilitate BGS level management reviews and the BGS Process Compliance Community of Practice.
  • Performs benchmarking of enterprise and industry best practices.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
  • 3+ years of Quality Management System experience
  • 1+ year experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • EPES/IMARS
  • Basic SQL programming

Typical Education & Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
